Carb Bowl Drain & Overflow Info
Frequently questions about carburator overflow drain tubes and bowl drains come up on the R.O.V. Forum.  This combined system is pretty straight forward.  The picture on the right shows the external views of (1) the drain fitting on the rear carb, which tee's off a similar fitting on the front carb.
And (2) the Drain Screw.  Loostening this screw opens up a passage that allows the bowl to drain.
Below and to the right of the drain screw is the Idle Mixture Screw (3).

Internal view of the bowls on the right. Arrow (1) shows  the drain passages.  The passage below arrow 1 is the drain screw passage.  The passage above arrow 1 is the overflow passage.  The overflow tube (arrow 2) is connected to the overflow passage.  If the fuel level rises more than 7mm above the static fuel level, excess fuel will enter the overflow tube and drain out.  (Fuel level is 20mm below gasket level, the top of the overflow tube is 13mm below gasket level,  leaving 7mm for fuel expansion before fuel overflows.)
