How impossible is it to get a title for bikes with no titles ......there is a turbo seca and now a Vision on ebay both with no titles....... any ideas?

The iffy part is contacting the original owner to verify they have no interest in the bike.
Each state will have its own procedure. Talk to the people who do the licensing / registration in your state. You can also probably find the info on your state government's website. In Colorado, it is the Colorado Department of Revenue (even though it is the individual county clerk's offices that actually distribute titles, registrations & plates).

There is an outfit in Lost Wages that can get you a title for 85.00 .I believe thats for AZ . They deal with other states though. Ask me if you want the web address.
