Hi to all Visioners,

I have a '83 Vision and some very old tyres. :-[
Can You please recommend me a size and brand for both front and rear tyres!
Somebody metioned: Bridgestone BT-45 in the 100/80-18 front
Any comments?
What is the limit for the rear width 120 or 130?
   Thanks
       Regards

Tim

Personally ,I like a 100/90-18 front and a 110/90-18 rear.I tried a 120/90-18 on the rear and it geared the bike up too much and made it feel gutless.Currently I'm running Dunlop k591 elites but they have quit making them and no longer make a sport 110/90-18 rear.So I would recommend the Battlax BT -45 by Bridgestone since they are the only company that I know of that still makes a sport tire in those sizes.

120 on the rear is max size.  A 130 can be forced into place but will contact the inside of the swing arm (I think on the right) and (at speed, thus causing centrifugul radial expansion) at the inside center of the swing arm.

I currently run a Bridgestone in the 120 size.  But in reality a 110 would problably do just as well.  Cheers.

Today I've bought the new tyres.
Since in my country Dunlop is more popular I went for:
 90/90-18 Dunlop Arrowmax K825A
120/90-18 Dunlop Arrowmax K825
They didn't have 110 for the rear but their mounting list was suggesting 120 for the Vision anyways.
I think it handles better than before.
Thanks for your help.
