 :) Please read the following from Kev10104, regarding this Sundays meet/ride over in the Oshawa area...

We decided to go to Denny's on Sunday... please be their for 9 a.m.

It is a big place and easy to get to from the highway...(401).

You get off at Thickson Road and the first set of lights is Consumers Drive, you turn left and it is on your left hand side.

So if you are coming from the west you turn left on Thickson Road and if you are coming from the east you turn right.

I hope this is OK with everybody and look forward to seeing you guys again.

This will be Kev and Tammy's first organised ride for us  His dad will be coming in for the ride from Nova Scotia!!! and I think Kev would appreciate a good turn out. Please make every effort to try to attend... ;)

Looking forward to seeing you all again... 8)

 :) SUPERB DAY...well done Kev' 8)

Started out at 7.30 a.m... and ... arrived home at 7.30 this evening with several hundred extra Km's on the Vision and a whole lot of aching body part's :o ::) ;D :D :D :D :D... ;)

It took an hour and a half to reach the meet point were we had a great heart pumpin' breakfast before setting out on the ride...half of this group were new to each other before to-days ride :o so we got to know a wee bit about each other around the table ;)

We had a total of ten bike's...2 x Vision's, Virago, Buell Blast, '91 Kawi' Zephyr, Suzi' Intruder, 500 Ninja, 2 x Honda Shadow's and a Honda 991...Two were female rider's and we had three female passenger's... 8)

We had several stops for gas, coffee, etc and rode a variety of roads...highways, major/minor/back roads, with no brake Downs/accidents of any kind to spoil the day...even the weather was good!!! I think we all had a real blast riding and making new friend's... 8)

Once again thanks to Kev and Tammy for organising the day, as well as their/now our friend Dave for leading the "parade"... 8)

Thanks to you Kev for inviting us all out to spend the day riding with you guys. Your dad was a super guy. The route was great, and the rest stops were a nice change from the usually parking lots we tend to stop at all the time. Was nice to hang out among the trees. I especially liked the crazy lady with the baby raccoon. (Who was very nice, but you'd have to be crazy to have a baby racoon in your house lol)   ;D

Your all very welcome.It was a blast and we look forward to riding with you all throughout the summer.There is nothing like riding with such good friends.We always say it is the people who make these rides special and I don't think we will ever stop saying that because it is so very true.

If you have an accident on a motorcycle, it's always your fault. Tough call, but it has to be that way. You're in the right, and dead -on a bike. The principle is not to have any accident. If you're involved in an an accident, it's because you did not anticipate. Then, by default, you failed.

ok, Im gonna HAVE to come out there and ride with you folks....too much fun...
