tuning question by video, issues to identify

funky vision build.. what does this fluctuation mean.. 16 plus volts Im assuming is NFG...

ps, airbox vent doesnt really flap.. put some PB on it.. I can blow it open and closed,, with being in sync, does that mean no vac leaks? and no carb probs? Is it down to the fuel pump and airvent now??

sounds like a vacuum leak....have you capped off your YICS box?

yes, capped off, sync tool says its perfect though..thats why I thought I had all the leaks fixed, too...

"16 plus volts Im assuming is NFG" , sounds like bad Reg/Rec.  Used are cheaply available and very easy to change.

I think I know what it is,, I added a ground to the R/R.. I bet I went to the wrong pole... and grounded it out.. will check today..
