A good friend of mine had an XS11 Special - fully dressed (obviously all Yamaha badged Vetter stuff).  I rode it once and really enjoyed the experience.  It was my first time on a large displacement bike & I found it really easy to ride.  Nearly bought it from him when he decided to become a farmer (and no longer has time to ride).  He ended up selling it to a local used bike dealer for $350.  It ran great but needed carb rebuild & fork seals.  Still kicking myself over that one - would have been a steal.
