Sometimes time just creeps up on you and then smacks you in the back of the head.  I got stuff in the mail about now being a life member in the AMA, which I joined after I bought my Vision.

You mean to say the AMA is still out there?  I joined in the early 70s to get a mechanic's license but haven't heard of them in years.  Probably because I live in another world since then. :D ;)

I joined the AMA in 1972 so I could race motocross and became a life member in 1997. The last time I raced, a offroad GP in 2006, at signup I was asked when my card expired. I told her I'd rather not talk about that.
