83 vs 82 Clutch Cable

Is there any difference in the length of the 82 and 83 clutch cable. Wouldn't the 82 be 4 inches longer.. If so, does anyone have a clutch cable for an 83?

They must be different:

82 Clutch Cable   11H-26335-00-00

83 Clutch Cable   11U-26335-00-00

the 83 clutch cable is shorter. the 82 cable will work with 83 risers, you just have to tweak the routing.

 :) When I changed the '82 front end of "The Mistress" over to an '83 front end, I kept the '82 cables...no problems/issues.
