I glad everybody made it home safely!!

I made it with just some very light rain.   8)

Did 560 miles - almost 15 hours of riding from Saturday morning around 9:30am till Sunday at 1:30pm and didn't ride on super slabs for more than an hour!  Great ride...  Great roads... Great food...  Great friends.

My V ran like a top!!!!!  Looking forward to seeing everyone again soon!!!!!

P.S. Wolf and Tiger - welcome to the wet butt riders club! again ;D

WWWowww!!---Great ride, guys. Many, many thanks to NV and Robbin for hosting a superb event. I had such a great week--up to the Kiwartha lakes in eastern Ontario, on well into Quebec with the Cub right up to Mont Tremblant and St. Donat, and then down to Gananoque to meet up with Tiger, and then the HUGE ride through New York State. All in all I put on 3014 Km., about 1800 miles. NV, JoeV, JasonM, Tiger, Jeff---you guys are the greatest. Ride well 'till next time!---wolf.

As to were we rode...some were around New York state...

Jason: where the hell are we?
me: "oh, yeah, well, ummmm, we're within spitting distance of Pennsylvania"  ::)
Jason: shit! I'm closer to home then from your place! (thus the Vision 500 back to my place)

I felt sorry for Tiger and Wolf when I saw on the radar the pink ring of fire they were headed for.....
everyone got wet to some degree going home on Sunday

except me   ;D

I escorted Joe and my brother south a bit and came back home and crashed... on the couch
Joe called to say he got back and the wife couldn't raise me from the dead....

I told Tiger this morning the reason he had to Flintstone The Mistress is because she had so much fun she didn't want to go home just yet  :D :D :D

the wife said to tell you guys.... you're a bunch of wusses  :o she got home Saturday nite / Sunday morning expecting a party

I wish Kenny had been able to come, but there will be another! my wife just told me....... next time we're going to...
she was great, thanks dear

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming HOOOOYA lets go again baby !!!!!!

So everyone had a good time without me :'(! I would have been there if I could of, but seeing I wasn't missed (much) I won't take it personally.  I got to share a bit of time with NV and family two weeks earlier on my trek out east, which was great as always, and their hospitality is second to none.  I was pulling 1100 km per day  :o back from Newfoundland on the old Venture (when you guys were heading out) so I had time to think about all the fun I was missing.  My wife and I made it back after 3 weeks of tearing up the pavement and exploring "the rock."  My biggest and most adventurous ride I have every done.

I hope we can get together with Kenny too, maybe for a fall ride in his area.  We will remember his family in our prayers during this time of loss  :(.

Thanks NV (and better half)...you're the best!

Night Vision

oops  :-[ didn't mean to say we only missed Kenny, but you were having your own good time  ;)

anywhoo, as usual, only have still life pictures.... I gotta get a camera mount  :D

Great pics!  ;D It's good to see so many Visions that are in good enough shape to do a tour.  Great to have a NEROV event as the area is a winner for good roads.

GT @ oh.

Who has the screen deflector ..nice V... like the trunk rack / trunk ...how hard to mount deflector and how well does it work? is the rack V specific or?

Damn, I am a hairy beast with a balding spot on the top. Some how no front shots of my bike . That's okay because you can always tell "the law" ...you "don't remember what the bike looked like".... ;D. Glad every one is safe.

Don't you hate it when that happens...  ;D  (that being a photo blows away your self-perceptions...  Really, I'm not as gray as the photos show!)

Would like to have the picture labeled so I could know who is who and there is not one single picture of that (with a really good view) orange bike that looks like a mistress.  BDC

In the 4th pic the Mistress is the middle one and the 6th pic she is on the left with it's Sugar Daddy.
Keep it upright and she'll always be happy!
