Is it worth it? ('83 with parts bike)

I made an offer. I'll get both bikes for $550 (I giggled a little at that)  ;D

I don't know much about the '83's though. It's not too far of a drive for me. Owner says it ran, but seems to be missing the key-ignition. I know some '83 stuff is "unobtanium" so that's really my main concern. I haven't seen the bike in person. Even at $550, it might be worth parting out both bikes. I don't know. I'm kind of the fence. What do you guys think?

Depends on the condition of ones' discretionary finances and level of V project related energy.  Overall, certainly looks to be worth $550.00.
