Iiiiiiii'm back...

 :) Hi all, just back from 10 days riding around Cape Breton Island (Nova Scotia, Canada)...with the FJ :P 2,200 kilometers there and 2,300 Kms home...20 hours each way!!!!

In between weather was superb, we had tons of fresh sea food daily, the Cabot Trail was double decker superb, just made for motorcycles!!!...and the local islanders are such laid back easy going folks.

All-in-all Cathy and I had a terrific vacation. We even took time out to see Night_Vision & family for a coffee on the way home...thanks buddy 8)

That sounds very nice indeed. A nice bike to ride, good company, good food and drink and nice weather doesn't hurt either.   :D So how did the FJ perform?  Any surprises?

The FJ is 200lbs heavier than a Vision but is 125 horse @ 8,000rpm and was Yamaha's original 'super bike' at 146 mph out of the box!!!

She now has a few years and miles on her but performs exceptionally well. She may not be a Vision, however, she is big, powerfull, comfortable and handles real well... 8)
