At least where I used to work............. ;D
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming HOOOOYA lets go again baby !!!!!!

Hi, all,
To remove sticky pistons I do the following:
I remove the brake pads and loosen the caliper of one side, and I take off the top cap of the master cylinder.
Pump slowly until the piston comes out, with rag over caliper. Keep eye on fluid level. If you pump slowly it does not pop out with too much force. After that I take off that caliper and put a 8 mm bolt (perhaps 10 mm? I don't remember) and nut with the 2 brass washers over the end of the open line, tighten them, fill the master cylinder reservoir.
I take out the pads and remove the second caliper and pump out piston # 2 with same precautions.
No problems up to now with this "natural" method. Natural because you use brake fluid and the master cylinder to pump the pistons out.
