Thought y'all might be interested in this upcoming Can-Am product.

I wonder if a person would need a trike license to drive it, or would a cycle license be enough?

In most jurisdictions a three wheeler is considered a motorcycle, so a bike license is all you need...and about $15 grand(US)!
