Put a harmonic puller into the 3 pre drilled bolts removed center nut applied a lot of toruge and nothing what am i missing here .Are the flywheel and manget thing seprate .by a whole lot of toruge we are talking about a ton of pressure.is there a set screw i am missing .i can see the other screws are backed out just cant get to them

I just did mine yesterday, so I can tell you...

It takes a LOT of pressure to get that thing off.  Once I got the center bolt out (huge pain by itself), I attached the puller and tightened it as much as I possibly could without breaking the damn thing.  Then I took a 16-ounce hammer and smacked the end of the bolt much harder than I thought was reasonable.  Repeated 12 times, then it finally popped off all at once.  That tapered shaft end really does its job.

Make sure you put a box underneath it to catch the rollers and springs and everything that are bound to pop out of your clutch.

Good luck!

Shwuz is exactly right, you have to smack the hell out of that puller center bolt to get the flywheel off.
wedge a rag in the gear behind the flywheel that connects to the balance shafr to prevent the flywheel from turning when removing or installing the center bolt.  did you check the condition of the stator while you had the cover off?
