you have a few options-
napa sells a decent sealed beam bulb that fits
kuryaken sells complete light set ,dual bulb with bucket and brackets that will fit
graft that lamp set from another bike
or you can custom fabricate the whole taco, buy a 6 in round sealed beam set up and build a new bracket and fabricate a spacer to fill in any voids in fairing
? just be aware that any or all of this will add load to charging system, and could result in overworking the r/r or stator .
keep your bike running, your beer cold ,and your passport handy.all are like money in the bank .

If you are just trying to get a better light, just replace the stock bulb with a better quality halogen. The stocker is halogen but not a very good one. I have a 60W in mine but I don't think you would have any problem going to 100W.

I've been running a 130/100 h4 bulb in my '83 for 15 years no stator probs.  Be sure to grease the light socket to ward off corroision.  The reflector bucket and all related rubber have no prblem dealing with the extra heat.  This blub is the cheapest and easiest way to go.  Cheers.

How much of a load will the deadly stator and R/R handle?

Does anyone know what headlight/bucket setup is on that yellow Vision in the gallery? It looks GREAT! Is it from a Buell?
