I know it's not vision related but anytime I can give props to a fellow vision owner I will.  Seeing as I was getting hit on by both sexes while riding my monster in it's "blue phase", I decided to bite on a topic where a fellow vision owner (tattooedtaz69) offered paint job for a carb rebuild.  Fair enough I thought and after a few weeks of thinking about it, I shipped my bits off.

All though I'm still waiting on the front fender (poor packaging on my part)  here is what I got back.  The results are even better than I imagined.  I just wanted to give a public thanks to Dan for doing a great job for me.  Now send me your carbs!   ;D

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming HOOOOYA lets go again baby !!!!!!

WOW!  Hmmm, I'm off work tomorrow and planned to paint my new tank since its gonna be in the 70's.  Maybe I should just send it to Taz....  ;D

Good looking job Taz!

Great color!  What are those black things on top of your tanks?

I still need to get some time to get them carbs off. I was kinda wondering on that color, but it sure looks good .... on any bike. Good choice on color on zores part. I dont mind painting parts if anyone wants to send them to me. Keep them visions or whatever you got looking good. Wifes dad wants his helmets done. I was looking at doing motorcycles, sure alot easier than a complete car. If anyone wants me to paint something just let me know, glad to do it.

Please tell me you do this for a living! If you don't.....you should. Unless of course your a nuclear engineer or as GW would say a newclur engineer. You do outstanding work! Looking at the pictures, it looks better than that gray Kawasaki parked next to it. :D  :-X

Those I believe are bottle/cup holders. Holds one 12oz bottle of Woodchuck Ale.

They look like helmet holders....?

Nice collaboration on the color & application!  Always thought if it has wheels, an engine & ended in "i" it should be red.  May have to rethink that . . .. ;D

If you have an accident on a motorcycle, it's always your fault. Tough call, but it has to be that way. You're in the right, and dead -on a bike. The principle is not to have any accident. If you're involved in an an accident, it's because you did not anticipate. Then, by default, you failed.

The caps are for my tank bags.  Keeps the bag off the paint.  It can also be used as a camara mount.
