$200?!! Wow, what a deal. I paid $150 for mine but was totally abused and hammered. Whenever I take anything apart I discover more bailing wire and bubble gum.

I can't help but notice how shiny the plastics look (rail and cover). The Vision emblem even still has it's plating. I don't get why the owner just didn't get the starter fixed then hop-on and ride.
