My first (And completely irrational) though was it was wheelchair access. That can't be right. Although what I can tell is that whatever it is, it is probably inefficient to have on the back of a motorcycle.
Younger, but just as smart. Really.

Actually looks like some sort of collision recovery system.  I see a bunch of extra wheels that look like they fold out.

Yup, its part of the latest seat Craze - they have these seats in business class on the Aeroplane,they will massage every part of your body or I got it it's for counting & placing Botts dots!!

You mean a tow 'bike'?  For example, hauling Harleys - when they break down?   ;D  (or stator fried Visions . . .  ::) )

If you have an accident on a motorcycle, it's always your fault. Tough call, but it has to be that way. You're in the right, and dead -on a bike. The principle is not to have any accident. If you're involved in an an accident, it's because you did not anticipate. Then, by default, you failed.
