The battery did have a good charge on it, it was around 12.4v (at least when I started....  was cranking on it for a bit, so wouldn't surprise me if it's a bit low now.)

Can anyone grab a picture or explain how the wires are arranged on the tci plug?  I'd like to make sure I didn't get that backwards...

Bah, so I had the tci plug wired backwards.  I had drawen it out, but forgot if I was looking at hte front or back when I drew it out.  Redid the connectors as well, as the wires were looking pretty ragid going into the tci plug.  Got everything wired up and it fires right up  ;D  Took it for a quick spin around the block and battery had a higher charge on it then when I left.  Was reading about 13.5v at the battery at 1500 rpm, so I think I'm good to go again!  I just hope this doesn't become habit...
