whitewalls and pinstripes - your personal opinion.

So, I was considering this on a separate project of mine. But what is everyones personal opinions on whitewall tyres and pinstripes?

Just asking because there is a reputable guy close by me that does whitewalls for quite cheap and has been reccomended by many many many modifiers around my area.

Pinstripes, if tastefully done and depending on what they are done to, could look great.  IMHO any BMW looks good with at least some pinstriping.  They can pull it off because of their Olde Skool and heritage background (dating back to the first R32 circa 1923).

Whitewall applications would be subject to highly subjective and personal opinions.  If it really turns you on, then goferit.  If your comfort is subject to enthusiast consensus you're probably on thin ice.
