This will be like a nice bordeaux.  It takes time to make itself perfect.  And did anyone try the blueberry wines.  They are fantastic as well.

hmmm  blueberry wine...that sounds really good... Ive had Meade with blueberry and strawberry in it, but not blueberry wine. Thats 2 drinks I have to search out this week!! Blueberry wine and Double Chocolate stout . mmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Sort of reminds me of my brother's adventures making liqueurs starting with Everclear.  Some of that was pretty wicked!

Ive had Meade

If you like Meade, you really need to try Heidrun Meadery's sparkling meade.  Unlike some of the other stuff which is almost sickeningly sweet, this is more of a dry sparkling wine.

Very good for a holiday.  try the Avocado, it's good.
