I seem to have lost some power.In the past if I changed the plugs and/or cleaned out the air filter I would get the power back.Now I am running so sluggish.

have you cleaned your carbs?  Is it slow to return to idle?

Changing plugs or cleaning the air filter shouldn't make that much of a difference.

sounds like something else is way off, but on the edge of 'passable': carbs out of spec (or poss intended for a 400?) valves out of adjustment, compression low, exhaust restricted, etc..  needs investigation...
