Starter clutch I dont think this has been asked before

Were the ends of the threads ever peened over at the factory? I just pulled the fly wheel off and the starter clutch bolts look like they have already been peened over once but it looks like a factory peen job where they put a center punch off center on the end of the bolt and smack it with a big hammer to do that.

Odd mine was really well done with the thing fighting me all the way out.

Oh an I found a tool that is perfect for this its autozone's steering wheel pulling and harmonic balancer puller part number 25053. It has a flat adapter that fits where the center bolt was perfectly.
