I have tried a bunch of anti-fog products with very disappointing results. 

This got a favorable write up in one of the mc magazines recently.  http://www.defogitworks.com/  I ordered the reusable wipes.

I gave it a pretty good test today on the second leg of a colder than expected weekend trip.  When I woke up in Olympia WA it was 30 degrees and it had not warmed up much when I hit the road.

I left one small spot on the face shield untreated.  It fogged up was severely, condensation dripping off.  Everywhere else stayed amazingly clear.  It goes on clean, no haze or residue.  You can't tell it's there.  It just flat out works, even with the face shield fully closed.
