I just tried installing my wheel and with the new ebc pads installed, the rotor seems too thick to fit between the pads.  Anyone else have this problem and/or a solution?

you need to with draw some of the brake fluid from the master cylinder , using something like a tirkey baster. them insert a large screw driver in between the pads (like a wedge) which will force the piston back in to the caliper, then install your wheel and adjust your fluid level after you apply the front brake several times.

uh yep,, sounds like a fix,
but also if you know piston is all th eway in and it doesnt go,, then it is wrong pads--- also been known to happen

Do it this way: crack the bleeder valve and then compress the piston. then close the bleeder.  pump the brake lever a few times and top up the master.

It's much better to expell old fluid out the bleeder than to force it back up the line towards the master cylinder.
