Keep your eyes open and hope nothing like this happens to you.  There are a lot of deer around these parts and thankfully I have never come close to hitting one, that I know of.  They frequently get splattered on the highways, and the 45 MPH county road that goes by us.  Skunks in the spring and deer anytime. :o
