I'll bet that sounds like two Kohlers at twice the recommended max RPM  ;D

I'm just screwing with you!  Its a XS  650 Yamaha , that I saw in Truxton, right next to the reservation. Its suffering from "Indian engineering" The front wheel is from a Sportster and the "custom exhaust " is probably by Bend and straighten  or Kohler!

I recognized it. That's why I said it was "Special". At least it looks like it was originally the Special? Hi-rise bars, cast rims, teardrop tank, lots of chrome bits, stepped seat...although that seat isn't original me thinks.  :)  What's the rear rim from? Looks like from a Suzuki drum brake model.

I didn't study the rear rim much, next time I'm out there I'll have a closer look!
