Can we get a FAQ thread stickied?

As much as I love spending time on this board, sometimes using the search function is...uhm...less then helpful  :laugh:

Now, the new parts board is a great first step, but i would love to see a single stickied thread, with links to commonly discussed issues, mods, resources, ad infinitum. All categorized and easy to access. Now I know that Lucky's site is referenced a lot, and it is infinitely helpful, and for that I am grateful. But do to the history of the forum, jumping from server to server, changes through the years, etc, a lot of helpful articles and links are no longer active.

Here is an excellent example from an old forum I used to be active in.

I would do this myself, but unfortunately I am still to new to the V scene to know what is and isn't important to know.

I appreciate all the help and knowledge that some of you 'old-timers'  ;D  have been willing to share with us youngens.

i agree! or maybe a subset to tech talk thats is just upgrade mods!i bought my first V in 1990 and have owned 9 since. great site though. very helpful with great advice!
