Banner for Barber's

I took the file down to the print shop today and the guy informed me that the picture I planned to use was much too small. Does anyone have a larger file this.



If no one has that I could use any high-quality image of a Vision that's available. I'm going to try to get something to the printer tonight or tomorrow morning at the latest. I've worked with him before and he's already got the text. All we lack is the image.

I'm headed to Atlanta Tuesday and will be at Barbers Thurs., pick up the motorhome Fri. morning and, hopefully, be set up in the afternoon. Hope to see you all there.

Art, I have a decent copy of the 82,
it looks like this:

I'd have to create the logo, but no big deal.
how soon do you need it ?
also, once it gets over a certain size I'll have to post it on the website because
it will be too big to email.
this is however an opportunity to choose how you want it to look.

Ron,
The lady at the print shop says they need it in "high resolution at 300 DPIS," whatever that means. I'm a complete novice at this stuff.
The problem is that I'm leaving for Atlanta next Tuesday morning so I need to get the artwork to them ASAP. I don't think they work on the weekend so I've got to see if they can get it out on Monday. I may have to just have a banner with no image on it.

I've done work with printing stuff in the past so 300 dpi is not a problem.
the usual issue is that when you blow something small up to a larger size
you'll get a lot of pixelation.
I'll get it ready for you and send you a link to download.

Thanks very much. I'm going to talk to the print shop this morning and have them print a banner with just lettering saying something like "Welcome Visionaries, Yamaha XZ 500 Vision, ridersofvision.net." If I get your file in time I'll have another banner printed with just that that will be 1.25 meters high. If I can't get the picture, folks will just have to look for my Vision parked under the banner.
