well should get title in 33 more days, had to file an abandoned vehicle form which for $25 any vehicle left more than 48 hours on your property you can file papers on (even if you gave permission at first  :o) Division of Motor Vehicles sends letter to last known address of owner, giving 15 days to remove from your property, if not removed you file to auction (which you don't have to auction) wait 21 more days and then you take papers to DMV pay $10 for title and it is yours!! beats waiting on lazy brother-in-law to get title (since feb2014 "I got title somewhere i'll get it to you"). soon to be on road legally  :police:
