I wanted to ask if there are any  XZ 550 Yamaha motorcycles still running in Sydney
I have a project underway restoring one at the moment

Every XZ owner needs at least 2 of them so when one is apart for refurbishing you have the other to compare how all the parts go back together. ;)

There have been a few ozzies on RoV from time to time, but nobody recently that I recall - XZs seem to be pretty rare over there.  You could do a search for common Australia terms like sydney, didgeridoo and barbie and see what you come up with.

They aren't exactly common in NZ either - with about 6 left in the whole country and I think only PinholeNZs is being ridden.
