A few thoughts on Motorcycle Safety.

The joe rocket phoenix pants I had were pretty good.  I wore them ever jeans and whatever pants I was wearing.

I think that police motorcycle gear is pretty much standard everywhere.  They all watched CHiPS.

Their  gloves   may  have looked like they  wouldn't  protect  very well,  but  usually,  those  gloves  have  steel plates  and kevlar in them.  I used to have  a pair of  state trooper   gloves.   Makes   your fist  work a little better  if  you have to use it.     But   you  are right.  They should  have been wearing more.  Not only are they supposed to be protecting us,   they're  on those  bikes  around  6 hours a day.
