Yep I was able to check out the second one.  Funny!  Seems others viewed the first link is all!
Owned an `82 XZ for 22(?) years!

that first vid link back in October was a guy almost riding his bike up a ramp into a moving van. I guess the poor guy got tired of having his b*lls busted cuz I can't view it now either.

This is probably the same as the original in this thread. I found it searching "bike loading". It seems to be the actions that the first messages describe. A youtube search "not to load up your bike" will find it for you also.
