If you have an accident on a motorcycle, it's always your fault. Tough call, but it has to be that way. You're in the right, and dead -on a bike. The principle is not to have any accident. If you're involved in an an accident, it's because you did not anticipate. Then, by default, you failed.

David,
Get out of your chair and get on the bike. A thousand posts!
Think how much gas you saved.
Go out and ride while the weather holds.
Don;)

I have a laptop mounted on my tank.  I post while I'm riding. ;D

Lust kiding.  Actually though, I try to ride every day as long as the weather is good.  The forecast for yesterday was supposed to be warm and sunny.  I woke up, got dressed for work, got into my riding gear, rolled the bike out of the garage and TRIED to start it.  Cranked and cranked and cranked but nothing.  It would catch and run for a couple seconds but died.  Rolled the bike back into the garage, got out of my riding gear, moved the cars around in the driveway to get to mine and left for work.
Guess what....It poured out all day!  I think God was looking out for me. ;D
