Another reason to love your Vision

I got to go home this past weekend for the first time in 3 weeks. Had a lot of things to do and, as I was preparing to head back for work on Sunday afternoon. I realized I had not ridden the bikes. Went out to the garage, the TDM would only turn over, slowly. The Vision fired right up and started wagging her tail! Best I could do though was let her get good and warm and shut her off, dang! I'll charge the TDM's battery next weekend but bless her, the Vision started.

         Is my recollection correct that you still have the original stator?

Original stator, R/R and a 2 yr old Walmart battery. Never owned a Battery Tender.

Just a little update. I am home again this weekend. Got two keys made for the Vision, she thanked me by firing right up and the mysterious misfire is gone! It was a little chilly, in the 50s but I did about 35 mi. and I don't think she missed a beat. I charged the TDMs battery and rode it too. All in all, a good day.
