That , harley fest, the River run is in two weeks , I'll probably ride down and pick up a t shirt, but the concerts are 30.00 a head and most of the groups ain't making music I'd enjoy. I'll probably check out the custom bike show , though..

Rick, A few of us from the local BMW club happend on the river run 5or6 years ago, It's a Harley thing but we hung out for awhile, just after dark the gun fire started, time to leave, never ben back.

They busted a bunch of hells angles  about 5 years ago  and then things calmed down . I usually catch the custom bike display and the vendors  but I'm gone by night fall .  I'd like to go to Sturgis , but I'd be gone by night fall there too!. Actually I went to Sturgis , but I was in a Ryder truck  and it wasn't , bike week. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

from what I understand from some that have gone to sturgis...it's now pretty much a disneyland event...

Yes ,I've heard that all the naked bike riding is in the camp ground ,outside of town. The local PD keeps  a tight  hold on all activities in town.  Suits me!
