I followed up with "EXPRESS PAINT" they directed me to colorite.com for motorcycle applications. Talked To Steve,they have the complete process.  Primer,base coat,clear coat,ok over decals. I am excited,seems that you mix clear coat and hardener in a spray can then pressurize it with another can that they supply,wet sand between coats,Steve at Colorite can be contacted at (800) 736-7980
