I would reinforce the whole thing with Jb weld or your favorite two part epoxy.

you can get replacement ignition assy. Also look on Ebay. Often w/helmet lock.  I might have a complete spare w/key. Email me if you need one and to remind me to check.

Question: Why Would my vacuum pressure of my read cylinder be ~10cm Hg and my front be ~35 mm Hg. Also, there is nothing that normal adjustment can do to change the values significantly....

I guess maybe I'm doing it wrong, can someone point me to carb tuning for dummies?
