Yup, the suzuki's were especially hard on crank seals. any old 2 stroke needs new crank seals to run properly.

I rode one of the first ones (with twin leading shoe drum brakes in front) on a test ride , i banked it into a corner and it headed for the left curb! A handful of front brake allowed me to just miss the curb!  I spoke to the Suzuki rep , Jack something or other , I forget his last name, about what he thought of the handling of the bike . He replied that if he was required to ride it , he would do so in a straight line , push it in a circle and ride it straight back!!!  the handle like the have a ball joint in the middle.
