This is what I got when I tried to post some pictuers. They never made it on the thread.

"The upload folder is full. Please try a smaller file and/or contact an administrator. '

Were you uploading into the ROV Gallery?  It may be full, there's a bunch in there already.

You can upload just about anything that you want to PUTFILE.COM and then post the link back to it in your reply to the thread.  You use the Globe, 3rd in from the left below the list of special fontfaces, namely below U.

Click the globe, and // with your cursor between will appear.  Right click and PASTE the link in there.

Yep, off-site hosts work too.  I use Photobucket.com for mine, Flikr.com I think is another.  One or two out there I believe.

Ah, such fun to be out riding...

Aye, I figured.  Just providin' the man options.  Some folks prefer one over the other, sometimes one'll work when another won't.

I was putting a How-To on the ExplorerForum Modified 1991-1994 board, had photos of the front end before and after to post with the writeup.  Normal places like Yahoo! and AOL require that folks login and be members in order to see the pics, that wouldn't do it.  One of the admins over there pointed me at PUTFILE and it has worked that way that I wanted.  I found a lot of others that claimed to allow sharing, but most required membership to view them...

Can't say I've seen the ones that you've mentioned, Ael...may I call you "Ael"   ;)

Sure, doesn't much matter.  I've had that & Wulf used for abbreviations.

I can't speak for Flikr as I haven't used it.  Photobucket doesn't require you to be a member to view things, especially if it's linked directly (last I knew anyway).  Most, if not all, the pics I post are hosted there.  The options bit is partially for filters too.  I can see some things here at work but since Photobucket is somewhat known as a main one it's blocked here on base.  Other bases I've been to others have been blocked instead so it varies where ya are and what you're out to do, where you get access, etc.  Yahoo! has supposedly discontinued their photo site in favor of going wtih Flikr.  I guess I had signed up at some point as I got an e-mail or two about the transition.
