Stator

Well it's time to ride in Missouri, and I find my stator is shot.  Ordered one from Electrex Thursday and they are out, may be in stock in a week or may be longer, they come from overseas.  I should have asked if they sell to distributors that might have it, does anyone know?  Yamaha price is $266 so I'm not going that route, anyplace else that anyone knows of?

For info the price is $142.  R/R price is $126, I was considering doing that but believe I'll let it go.  May add the fan.

I got the new Dennis Kirk catalog and they now have the Electrex stator for the V. Part # is 21-0584, price $141.95. Call them at 1-800-328-9280 24/7. Maybe they have one in stock.  ???

at least double check the connector from the r/r to the harness, i'd also add an extra ground from the mounting screw to the batt neg.
